God’s love language
Have you ever cried in a museum? Today in a museum in Verona, Shelby, Ella and I had a chat about Heavenly Father that ended with all three of us crying. We walked through maybe 1/5 of the museum, but I’ve never had such a spiritual museum experience.
At one point, Ella asked what we think Gods love language is.
Ella said service. Shelby said quality time.
Perhaps for each of us, God has a different way of showing His love based on what will mean the most to us, because He knows each of us perfectly and by name. I think Heavenly Father shows love to me through giving gifts.
Many of the ways he reminds me He is there or to trust Him are through signs of Him I’ll see in the world, such as butterflies or flashing lights or hearts. Friends, sisters, brothers, mom and dad, nieces and nephews. The words He speaks through each of them.
Though the greatest gift He has given me is the precious gift of His son.
