seeking the one

Today in our Tokyo sacrament meeting

The chapel and overflow were full - with half of the congregation visitors

There was this boy passing the sacrament

He had disheveled hair and couldn’t have been older than 11

He reminded me a little bit of Liam

He got to a lady that was hugging her daughter on the other side

She didn’t notice he was trying to give her the tray

He waited patiently, holding the tray steady for when she was ready

The next row was short on cups of water

He went and found another boy with some more

But they were still one short

He went searching and came back with a tray that had just one cup left

For the one

His actions reminded me a lot of the Savior

Waiting patiently for us to turn to Him

Consistently there

Seeking out & providing for the one.

Maybe His hair was a little disheveled sometimes too :)
